Strumpsnodden
How do I use Strumpsnodden?
Get ready. Keep your Strumpsnodden bands in a container near the laundry basket. When you toss your socks in the basket, quickly slip a band around the pair and drop them in.
Wash. Wash just as you normally would. The bands handle high temperatures and don’t bleed color.
Dry. Hang the socks on the clothesline or toss them in the dryer. The bands are dryer-safe. Put the socks straight into your sock drawer with the band still on.
Wear. Only take the band off the socks when you’re ready to wear them. Then reuse the band on your next dirty pair.
Can I wash and tumble dry my socks with Strumpsnodden?
Yes. With Strumpsnodden you can wash your socks at 60 degrees if you like, and you can also put them in the dryer or hang them to dry. Strumpsnodden works for both tumble drying and air drying.
What temperature do I need to wash my socks at?
According to many makers of underwear and socks, there’s no need to wash at more than 30–40 degrees. If you have colorful socks you want to last a bit longer, turn them inside out. Read more in our washing tips.
Can the whole family use Strumpsnodden?
Yes. Strumpsnodden shows right away whose socks are whose. A tip is to pick one color for each family member. Since it’s so easy to use, kids can use it too, and have their own favorite color.
Can Strumpsnodden be reused?
Yes. You only take the band off when you’re going to wear your socks again. The product is very durable and can be reused.
Ordering and delivery
How do I pay?
You pay with the payment methods shown at checkout.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Once you’ve placed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, such as billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping cost. If anything in the order is wrong, please contact us right away by email ([email protected]).
When will my order ship?
Orders to private customers ship about once every four weeks. This lets us bundle shipments and cut down on small parcels. For smaller orders, allow up to about 30 days for delivery.
Physical products ship according to the shipping and delivery terms shown at checkout. Delivery time may vary depending on campaigns, stock levels and the shipping option you choose.
How are digital products delivered?
Digital badges, certificates of support and other digital material are normally delivered with the order confirmation, in a separate email or via a link once your payment has been registered.
What happens if a color is out of stock?
Sometimes a color or product may be back-ordered, and in that case we will replace it with the closest suitable color/product.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Prices in the shop are in SEK (Swedish kronor), and all prices include 25% VAT.
Can I cancel my purchase?
As a general rule, consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For some types of digital content, the right of withdrawal may be limited if delivery begins with your express consent and you at the same time accept that the right of withdrawal ends once delivery has begun. Something went wrong with my order. What should I do?
If something went wrong with your order, contact Strumpsnodden as soon as possible at [email protected]. We’ll help you with a complaint, a correction or a refund when appropriate.
Årsblomman and fundraising
How does Årsblomman work?
Årsblomman, our digital support badge, is a digital product that teams, classes, clubs and groups can sell to raise money in a modern, simple way. Read more about Årsblomman.
What does the buyer get?
The buyer gets a digital Årsblomman as a symbol of their support, and in many cases also a badge and a certificate of support that can be shared digitally or printed.
Does the money always go to a club?
No. If the purchase is linked to a club, team or class, a large share of the revenue goes to that group. If no group is linked, the support goes where it’s needed most. See where the money goes.
What can the support be used for?
The support can be used for activities, equipment, tournaments, the class fund, initiatives that build community, and other projects for children and young people.
Is Årsblomman only for sports teams?
No, Årsblomman also works for school classes, youth groups, clubs and other settings where people want to raise money for shared goals. Raise money for your team or class.
Can I sell without a team or class?
Yes, you can also sell on your own without being linked to a team or class. It suits young people, individuals, families and others who want to sell through a personal shop link. Start selling on your own (in Swedish).
What am I actually selling?
You sell Strumpsnodden products together with the Digital Årsblomman, which makes the sale broader and better value.
