Order information

Once you have placed an order, an order confirmation is sent to the email address you entered at checkout.

The email contains all the information about your order, such as billing address, shipping address, products, prices and shipping cost. If anything in the order is wrong, please contact us right away by email ([email protected]) or phone.

You must be 18 or have a parent or guardian’s permission to place an order.

Back-ordered items

Sometimes a color or product may be back-ordered, and in that case we will replace it with the closest suitable color/product.

Delivery times

All orders are sent by mail, and we normally ship orders to private customers about once a month, which means delivery times can vary. For smaller orders, allow up to about 30 days for delivery. We do this so we can bundle several smaller shipments together. If your delivery has been delayed (without us telling you about a longer delivery time), contact us directly by email ([email protected]) or phone.

Prices

Prices in the shop are in SEK (Swedish kronor), and all prices include 25% VAT.

We reserve the right to correct prices in the event of misprints in the price list or pricing errors caused by incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Swedish Personal Data Act (PUL)

We do not store your customer details for any purpose other than fulfilling your order. We have complied with the Personal Data Act since it came into force in 1998. You can always request correction, an extract of your data, or that we delete your details from our records.

Right of withdrawal

• The product must be in resalable condition with undamaged packaging.
• The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods specially ordered or specially made for you as a customer.
• You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive an item you ordered.
• Under Swedish law, you cannot use the right of withdrawal for goods whose seal has been broken, tape and sound recordings whose seal has been broken, or goods that lose their value (for example food) on delivery.
• If you use your right of withdrawal, you pay the return shipping.
• If you use your right of withdrawal, the full amount is refunded.

Complaints

Tell us why you do not accept the item and in what way you believe it is faulty, by email ([email protected]) or phone.

We will then send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

Always report any complaint as soon as possible.

Exchange terms

When exchanging a product, for example if you bought the wrong size or color, the following applies:

• You pay the return shipping back to us yourself.
• For exchanges, we pay to send the new product to you.

NOTE! Always remember to let us know by email ([email protected]) or phone before you send your items!

Uncollected parcels

If you do not pick up your items, we will charge you our cost for delivery, return and storage.

The cost for this is currently SEK 395.

An uncollected parcel does not count as cancellation of your purchase.

Under Swedish law, you must always notify us when you use your right of withdrawal or make a complaint, exchange or return of your order.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).

Product information

We reserve the right to correct any misprints on this website and for products selling out. We do not guarantee that the images show the exact appearance of the products, as some color difference may occur depending on photo quality and resolution.

Force majeure

We accept no responsibility for delays or errors caused by circumstances beyond the company’s control, such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or reduced or missing deliveries from suppliers.

Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for any changes to products/product features made by the respective supplier, or other factors beyond our control. Nor is the company ever liable for direct or indirect damage/loss that a customer may incur.
