Laundry basket full of unsorted socks

Strumpsnodden solves your sock sorting problems.

Save your patience and do something fun with the time you get back!

Step 1 of sorting socks: prepare

Prepare

Keep your Strumpsnodden bands in a container near the laundry basket. When you toss your socks in the basket, quickly slip a Strumpsnodden band around the pair and drop them in.

Step 2 of sorting socks: wash

Wash

Wash as usual. The bands can handle high temperatures and the color does not run.

Step 3 of sorting socks: dry

Dry

Hang them on the clothesline or toss the socks in the dryer. The bands are dryer-safe. Put the socks straight into your sock drawer with the band still on.

Step 4 of sorting socks: wear

Wear

Take the Strumpsnodden band off your socks only when you are about to wear them. Then reuse the band on your next dirty pair.

Wash – Dry – Store

These three words sum up this unique invention. You put the Strumpsnodden band on after you take your socks off and toss them in the laundry basket. So in the basket, your socks are already paired up. The socks are then washed, and the band does not stain them or fall off. After washing, you dry them on the line or in the dryer. You take the band off only when you are ready to wear your socks again. The product is very durable and can be reused.

What you gain

  • Time – because you no longer have to pair, sort and hunt for socks after washing
  • Money – because the washing machine does not “eat” your socks and you never have to put up with mismatched pairs
  • Order – your socks stay neat and organized
  • Habit – it is so easy to use that even kids can use it, and they can have their own favorite color
  • Ownership – the peace of mind that nobody takes the wrong socks. Each family member gets their own color, for example: BLUE IS MINE!

The “Mine & yours” color system

Strumpsnodden solves the problem by showing at a glance who the socks belong to. You can choose from 12 colors.
